In this role, you’re expected to:
- As a member of a project team, performs specific tasks within specific business functions.
- Executes tasks and activities related to project communication, documentation and reporting.
- Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements.
- Develops requirement documentation.
- Communicates with management regarding status of specific projects.
- Provides project status tracking and metrics.
- Updates, reviews and publishes procedures and standards.
- Utilizes good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas.
- Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
- Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Desirable Technical Skills
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL server or Oracle Database
- Familiar with Unix or Windows Server
- Knowledge of Java Application Server, Struts, Spring, MQ, NDM, SFTP, SSO, HTTPS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience on software development by using C#, VB .Net, Java
Desirable Additional Skills:
- Fluent in English communication
- Project management. e.g. PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus
- Experience on banking system integration and migration is a plus
- Knowledge of domestic payments or cross-border payments is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
