As the Director Total Rewards EMEA you will be responsible for overseeing the Compensation and Benefit programs for the EMEA region. In partnership with the Total Rewards team,you will assist with the design and implementation of regional compensation and benefit programs.

In this role, you will…

  • Lead and develop the EMEA compensation and benefit function
  • Lead the EMEA mobility function
  • Lead the EMEA HR Operations function
  • Lead a direct team of compensation and benefits specialists
  • Plan, develop, redesign benefits, and analyze benefit costs; ensure programs are current with regard to trends, industry practices, costs and laws.
  • Assist with the design of the Global Compensation strategy for the company
  • Assist with the development, preparation, and distribution of benefit communication materials including fleet managment
  • Evaluate and implement an effective wellness strategy for the company through programs and initiatives intended to benefit the health and well-being of employees
  • Prepare quarterly Compa Ratio reports and makes recommendations based on findings
  • Partner with HR Systems and the Global Total Rewards team to manage compensation programs, including annual merit process and performance bonus program
  • Partner with HR Leadership to develop compensation materials for review by the Compensation Committee
  • Work with Sr. Leadership on the design and pool for the long-term incentive program. Assist with the development, preparation, and distribution of compensation communication materials.
  • Provide guidance on compensation practices to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and businessleaders
  • Manage the daily operations of the EMEA compensation and benefits programs
  • Advise/counsel local and international management on domestic and international compensation issues, evaluate practices
  • Oversee the job analysis/job evaluation process for EMEA
  • Be responsible for identifying trends within the industry and specific regions of business operations
  • Partner with the Global Total Rewards team on compensation issues
  • Select and oversee participation in domestic and international compensation surveys for the EMEA Region
  • Suport the development, implementation and maintance of compensation tools and systems
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and team goals
  • Advise/counsel local and international management on domestic and international compensation issues, evaluate practices
  • Liaison with Corporate office on all international compensation issues
  • Monitor and evaluate the company’s benefits programs including: insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies.
  • Analyze benefits costs; ensure programs are current with regard to trends, industry practices, costs and local laws and regulations
  • Coordinate vendor management
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all laws influencing compensation and benefits.
  • Liaison and coordinate with Global Total Rewards on compensation and benefits
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and team goals
  • Complete and delivers ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed
  • Maintain compliance as required

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience including a minimum 6 years of experience with Benefits and Compensation administration in a regional setting
  • 4+ years team management and coaching experience
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Good English Communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, strategic planning, teamwork, customer service, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, leadership, motivational, and presentation skills. Must be detail oriented and agile.
