Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Business or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience within People or Finance Shared Services environment with a preference on time, scheduling, and/or attendance
- Experience with People or other similar systems (UKG / Workday / ADP)
- Experience managing a global team in an inclusive manner
- Working knowledge of the internal control framework and a solid understanding of the concepts of control design and operational efficiency
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to guide and influence cross-functional audiences
- Fluency in English
