Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Acquisition:
    • Acquire new and exciting agencies into the Yotpo partner program, providing them with exclusive benefits and comprehensive support to create outstanding eCommerce experiences.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Grow into manage relationships for a portfolio of SMB agencies that will require ongoing engagement, enablement and support so they continuously refer their clients to Yotpo, in a 1 to many approach.
  • Partner Enablement:
    • Create and promote community-wide enablement/marketing initiatives to further educate partners on the value creation that comes from Yotpo and further expose the great innovation coming from our product.
    • Identify and enable high-potential agencies to accelerate their growth within our partner program, consistently guiding partners toward their next tier.
    • Create and promote community-wide enablement and marketing initiatives to educate partners on the value of Yotpo and showcase innovative product offerings.
  • Long-Tail Strategy Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategies to effectively serve the “long-tail” of agency partners, supporting a scalable client referral approach.
  • Networking and eCommerce Knowledge:
    • Attend industry events to network with existing and new partners, representing Yotpo and fostering relationships.
    • Exhibit an understanding of the eCommerce landscape as it relates to agencies, understand how they work and how to work alongside them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS or martech Sales or Customer Success, including outbounding, qualifying prospects, booking demos, and managing client relationships.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to network, engage in public speaking, and build relationships.
  • Eager to receive and implement feedback to improve tactics and partner engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve defined goals consistently.
  • Aspiration to develop skills and experience for a long-term career in partnerships, business development, and alliances.

Base salary $65,000-74,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.
