What You'll Do
Operational Support:Provide ongoing support to fleet partners, helping them solve problems and optimize their operations as they scale.
Utilize data and KPIs to track partner performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive growth.
What You'll Need
At least 3 years of experiencein operations management, business development, consulting, startups, or similar fields, ideally with a focus on growth and market expansion.
Sales and Acquisition Experience:Proven ability to win new partners and effectively onboard them to the platform.
Strategic Thinking:Ability to identify market opportunities and scale them with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize partner performance.
Fluency in German and English.
You should be open to traveling to different cities and markets to drive expansion and foster new partnerships.
Bonus Points If
Strong SQL Skills:Experience with SQL to analyze and extract insights from large datasets to inform strategic decisions and optimize partner performance.
Experience in the Mobility Space:Previous experience in the mobility industry (e.g., ridesharing, logistics, or fleet management), as it will give you deeper insights into the market and partners’ needs.
