Role Overview

  • The Inside Channel Account Manager, covering a region within North America, will work intandem with peer Field Sales teams, and Partners within the assigned territory, to driveincremental business and net new logos.
  • Recruit and actively manage Partners that meet Partner Program criteria
  • Respond to Partner applications that come through the Secureworks website
  • Qualify/Disqualify based on pre-determined criteria
  • Maintain mastery of Secureworks offerings, presentations through formal salescertification
  • Drive sales and technical enablement activities with Partners, primarily through on-demand tools and assets on the Partner Portal
  • Track Partner progress through KPI reporting
  • Participate in weekly regional sales and channel sales team meetings
  • Work with Secureworks salespeople to identify prospective target Partners
  • Coordinate customer-facing events/programs with Partners to develop leads andpipeline; report on event lead output
  • Host QBRs with key revenue-producing Partners

Required Skills / Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (Sales Development, Channel, Partner,Distribution Management)
  • Minimum of 1 year of cyber security experience
  • Knowledge of how to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
