Responsibilities:

  • Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
  • Managing users and permissions of cloud based products.
  • Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies.
  • Onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Managing computers and peripheral equipment
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience as a help desk specialist in a cloud-based environment.
  • Service-oriented, patience and independent
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment
  • Experience supporting Mac’s
  • Fluent English
  • Good understanding of cloud environments – advantage
  • Familiarity with G suite – advantage
  • Basic scripting skills (Powershell, Bash or Python) – advantage
