In this role, you will impact theorganization by streamlining HR processes, improving employee self-servicecapabilities, and enhancing the overall HR experience for our employees. Specificresponsibilities include: - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain HR workflows, forms, and knowledge articles within the portal
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HR portal
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR portal users
Stay up-to-date with Service-Now platform updates and best practices
Initial troubleshooting analysis for HR systems
Regularly audits data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements
Creating and modifying dashboards and reports
Updating all training materials Develops ad-hoc reports and performs data analysis
