Lead automation and analytics initiatives for HCM and ServiceNow transformation, including feasibility assessments, effort analysis, and requirements gathering.

Conduct requirements elicitation, perform design reviews, and provide consultation on business processes, translating project goals into technical requirements.

Ensure seamless operation, continuous improvement, and compliance of RPA and Alteryx solutions, addressing issues, optimizing efficiency, and managing documentation.

Identify new automation opportunities, drive process improvements, and partner with IT on feasibility, planning, estimations, and delivery.

Drive Continuous Improvement and rationalization initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE

Should have overall 8 to 10 years of experience with Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation, data analytics, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of automation technologies like RPA or UI Path, PowerApp, PowerAutomate, and data analytics tools, Oracle OTBI/BIP, Fusion Analytics, PowerBI, Alteryx and scripting like Python…

Demonstrated experience in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of automation and data analytics solutions.

• Knowledge on HR Tools and Technologies, data and processes, like HR Core, Talent, Payroll etc.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree, or IT, engineering, related technical discipline

Knowledge on Data Intelligence & Analytics, RPA Certification, knowledge on Power automate, Power App, Alteryx and scripting

Knowledge of Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.

Technical background with understanding about infra and applications

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

Experience in driving change and delivering bottom line savings

Project management experience. PMI and Scrum certification will be an added advantage

Ability to coordinate action group groups and influence ideas outside of direct reporting lines

Ability to lead, drive change, and influence subject matter experts

Experience working in an organization with a global span.
