Driving customer adoption, retention and growth through innovative marketing programs, events, and other joint initiatives with monday.com’s product leaders .
Collaborating with the global marketing team to gain insights on customer segmentation to drive targeted marketing strategies
Utilizing monday.com’s vast data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs, identifying business opportunities
Optimizing success and driving ongoing improvement by providing actionable insights and recommendations
Maximizing the value of monday.com’s existing customer base through customer-marketing programs
Your Experience & Skills
10+ years of experience as a leader of a B2B SaaS marketing group (ex-VP or director, full-stack marketer)
Proficiency in conducting market research, organic and paid campaigns, marketing funnels, social media management, and content creation
Track record of delivering proven impact on pipeline and revenue
Prior experience in organizing global marketing events at large scale
Passionate about building and optimizing customer engagement journeys
Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
Outstanding communicator and thinker
Experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and other marketing products and technologies for reporting, analytics, and campaign execution
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and executive buy-in
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
Fluent English. Additional languages is a plus
