What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the Dell Technologies Enterprise sales group in the Netherlands, responsible for a sustainable growth of whole array of Dell Technologies portfolio and the breakthrough of our new services and products with as key accountability.
You will:
- In this role you are part of the Dutch senior leadership team
- Directly oversee the entire Dell Technologies enterprise sales portfolio, understand and implement strategic direction of the direct sales organization; drive strategic account management and business pipeline development, increasing market share and boosting revenue in strategic domains
- Understand the market in which the company and our competitors operate in, including our business/industry in general, and use that knowledge to plan future strategic customer engagements
- Developing a strong channel go-to-market in close cooperation with the channel organization
- Provide direction, development and inspiration to the team members in the organization
Essential Requirements
- 15 + years of relevant experience with at least 5+ years of sales management / leadership experience
- High level of solutions and technical knowledge
- Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
- Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders
- Professional language proficiency in Dutch & English
