To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Proficiency in Windows 11 and macOS (latest version)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office O365 Suite
- Basic knowledge of Process Automation
- Skilled in endpoint hardware troubleshooting
- Active Directory administration (user/server permissions)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
- Experience with virtual desktops (AWS Workspace, VMware, Parallels)
- Knowledge of MDM solutions (Airwatch)
- Proficient in security tools (McAfee, CrowdStrike, Bitlocker encryption)
- Familiarity with endpoint management (BCM, JAMF)
- Understanding of Incident Management and ITIL practices
- Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, JIRA)
