Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • To provide day-by-day support for desktop and laptop, on-site or ‘remote support’ to end-users for India locations. The normal working hours would be India general or EMEA shift
  • Effective communication and ability to solve issues of business leaders and executives
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS, MAC hardware, Windows, and Mobile support
  • Hands-on experience with Incident management by responding, documenting, customer communication and closure of incoming tickets as per agreed SLA and meeting other organizational KPIs like CSAT, MTTR etc.
  • Active participation in employee Onboarding/Off-boarding process, PC Refresh program and old IT hardware reclamation as per best practices
  • Typically, you shall provide support across hardware and software issues for Windows and MAC.
  • Responsible for handling issues related to new mobile devices (MDM), VPN, O365, printer, endpoint backup, business applications and cross-functional team coordination as and when needed
  • Strong believer in innovation by coming up with new technology solutions and driving automation as and when needed
  • Active participation in ongoing IT projects and meeting deadlines by completing tasks on time
  • Effective documentation of processes, and policies and keeping them up to date
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines by doing multitasking.,
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and macOS (latest version)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office O365 Suite
  • Basic knowledge of Process Automation
  • Skilled in endpoint hardware troubleshooting
  • Active Directory administration (user/server permissions)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
  • Experience with virtual desktops (AWS Workspace, VMware, Parallels)
  • Knowledge of MDM solutions (Airwatch)
  • Proficient in security tools (McAfee, CrowdStrike, Bitlocker encryption)
  • Familiarity with endpoint management (BCM, JAMF)
  • Understanding of Incident Management and ITIL practices
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, JIRA)
