Responsible to coordinate and deliver word class events on time and on budget within the region; Aligning global experience marketing strategy with local objective and targets.
Ensures that events are part of the Integrated customer decision journey, and deliver robust ROMI
Drives full pre-during-post events activities at a strategic level and in complex, multi-language, multi-cultural environment.
Works in accordance and ensures compliance with defined event processes.
Manage preferred agency relationships, onboard new agencies, comply to audit requirement
Ensure measurement is put in place for clear KPI measurement (qualitative and quantitative) for all types of events to demonstrate COE effectiveness
Make use of the resources events COE offers as a shared service such as the EMT, Digital Marketing Storefront
Ensures effective deployment of resources in the region
Deliver all types of events at market level (internal, thought leadership, customer and proprietary events, tradeshows) for all Clusters/ Market needs
Ensure all Philips ‘products/solutions’ are represented based on audience profile, interest and competitive strategy and sales and corporate strategy
Generate high quality leads, pipeline and correlate revenue to support growth
Ensure that each event has a clearly defined role as a key business enabler in customer decision journey (CDJ)
