Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related fieldAND6+ years experiencein revenue finance, financial analysis, financebusiness partnering or related field.
    • OR Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related fieldAND4+ years experience in revenue finance, financial analysis, financebusiness partnering or related field.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen, with ability to communicate ideas/analysis effectively and influence business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally 10+ years of relevant experience with prior exposure to Asia portfolio coverage.
  • Action oriented and able to build and deliver strong results through others beyond the team as well.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation in the finance function towards data driven (e.g machine learning) forward-looking insights.
  • High attention to details, analytical, and continuously looks to learn and innovate.
Responsibilities

ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan & GCR, and be accountable to:

  • Partner with SMB business to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Partner with SMB lead to ensure accurate forecast and predictability of SMB business (quarterly and monthly updates).
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of our partner ecosystem and leverage Cloud & Market/Compete analytics including consumption KPI’s, to land business insights (leveraging CSAFinance Managers) and drive business conversations.
  • Bring insights by motion which drive measurable impact based on clear drivers for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), Direct, Hosting.
  • Leverage P&L manager and Financial controller on OPEX rigor in segment and productivity of resources.
  • Partner with SMB lead to drive business reviews with SMB leaders in Areas and in Corp.
