Job Description
Opportunity Identification and Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Core Service, Enhancements, and Pro Systems domains.
- Manage legacy product upgrade opportunities, ensuring successful deal creation, approval, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand customer needs and build positive relationships.
- Make initial deliveries and provide ongoing support to customers.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Understand industry trends and customer profiles.
- Implement sales strategies, present products, and communicate effectively with key buyers.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of the overall KLA product portfolio.
Negotiation and Communication:
- Strategically and tactically negotiate deals, considering customer motivations and issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Qualification and Reporting:
- Qualify appropriate prospects and understand their companies.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity with KLA equipment and major Taiwan customers.
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent selling skills, analytical capability, and the ability to close deals.
- Effective communication and writing skills in English.
- Proactive, energetic, and performance-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required; business experience is a plus.
