Organize and coordinate training sessions and educational workshops across various domains, such as professional, soft-skill, technical, counseling or onboarding training
Ensure that our colleagues complete all mandatory training and professional certifications, and assist them in selecting appropriate training based on their individual or group needs
Manage the training budget in cooperation with HR Business Partners
Prepare the printing and distribution of learning materials, arrange catering, and improve our learning maps as needed
Manage all training in our internal SAP-based SuccessFactors system
Conduct extensive reporting to professional organizations, such as SKDP, SKAU, UDVA or SAK, plus internal and Regional/Global L&D teams
Participate in both Regional and Global projects to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education
Skills and attributes for success:
Completed university education
At least two to three years’ work experience in a similar learning and development role
Conceptual thinking and the ability to see the big picture
Independence and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability and willingness to continuously learn and progress
Attention to detail
Active English
PC literacy (MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel)
