Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field AND 15+ years experience in Finance or Financial Compliance OR equivalent experience.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in French is considered a bonus.
Preferred qualifications
BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA/CA/CIA/CFE.
Experience in Governance, Compliance & Risk Management, including experience designing and implementing risk and control frameworks.
Demonstrated program management expertise in implementing Sapin 2 law requirements and/or other anti-corruption laws.
Demonstrated ability in fostering a culture of compliance by developing and applying strategies to evaluate and enhance an organization’s overall compliance culture status.
Proven expertise around process excellence includes the ability to partner with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions. Ability to critically challenge the status quo.
Strong cross group collaboration skills, including the ability to influence and impact without authority at all levels of an organization.
Positive, creative, can-do attitude with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a clear understanding of the business strategy, sales and consumption motions and associated risks which you will apply in your day-to-day compliance activities.
Actively influence and support management’s drive of an effective culture of compliance as a foundational element of doing business.
Serve as the program manager for the local anti-corruption compliance program in accordance with the Sapin 2 law, ensuring implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of anti-corruption measures at the local level.
Facilitate and monitor execution of a solid business-led compliance rhythm, including running an effective Compliance Committee and maintaining a healthy and robust compliance champ’s community.
Drive and facilitate a modern and agile training and communication program to foster business accountability, compliance awareness/risk acumen and strengthening of compliance behavior.
Proactively engage in sales deal execution and post sales cloud migration and consumption motions by providing consultation on emerging compliance risks to support business teams as they land deals in a compliant manner.
Drive management accountability and ownership of compliance/audit issues and exceptions. Leverage monitoring results, including Internal Audit and learnings from escalations/investigations to help the business understand the risks they need to address. Consult on remediation or escalate issues as necessary.
Monitors business trends to isolate unusual patterns and examine data from a compliance perspective. Raises issues with SMEs, peers, management and corporate teams to improve programs and processes and find programmatic solutions.
Actively participate in the global compliance community rhythm and projects.
