The Office Administrator will oversee offering our UK team comprehensive office administration services including;

  • Organizing internal meetings in the main UK office.
  • Welcoming visitors from outside the company and ensuring they are signed in.
  • Setting up of new employees’ equipment and ensuring they have the relevant items for the role.
  • Introduction and orientation of new employees upon starting.
  • Support and organise couriers in and out of the office.
  • Support UK employees with payroll, expense and pension queries.
  • Support HQ and Europe with Administration tasks.
  • Administration of office needs, supplies, furnishings.
  • Maintaining and paying all monthly utility and supplier invoices with the finance team.
  • Supporting the UK team with PO’s and invoice payments.
  • Manage the healthcare cover for the UK employee’s.
  • Manging the leasing of UK team vehicles, mobile phones etc.
  • Manage the welfare budget for the UK; including planning Christmas celebrations and team-building events.
  • Keep track of asset registrations for things like company cars and IT equipment.
  • Support the UK marketing manager with various marketing tasks throughout the year.
  • Support the sales and support teams with tasks as required.
  • Assist the UK Country Manager with projects as required.
