Essential Responsibilities:
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior project managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Partner with business leaders, functional heads, and PMO teams to define program scope,resources, and timelines.
- Serve as the escalation point for program blockers and drive rapidresolution.
- Proactively identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Provide regular updates and executive-ready reporting to the Senior Director and leadership committees.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and governanceframeworks.
- Ensure program budgets are tracked and managed effectively, balancing strategic investment with cost discipline.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making through workshops, steering committees, and structured communications.
- Support change management efforts to enable adoption of program outcomes across theenterprise.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree or MBApreferred.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-level programs in complex, matrixedorganizations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without directauthority.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complexity for executiveaudiences.
