Essential Responsibilities:

  • Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior project managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Serve as the escalation point for program blockers and drive rapidresolution.
  • Proactively identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Provide regular updates and executive-ready reporting to the Senior Director and leadership committees.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and governanceframeworks.
  • Ensure program budgets are tracked and managed effectively, balancing strategic investment with cost discipline.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making through workshops, steering committees, and structured communications.
  • Support change management efforts to enable adoption of program outcomes across theenterprise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree or MBApreferred.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-level programs in complex, matrixedorganizations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without directauthority.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complexity for executiveaudiences.
  • A 'true' team player with a will towin
  • Expertise with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall,hybrid approaches).
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to connect project outcomes to strategicobjectives.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare,pharma).
