We are seeking a Sr. Design Program Manager to optimize our design processes, and workflows, enabling efficient and scalable product development on our Consumer XD team. No two days are alike here and your responsibilities will range from operational execution to building for the future by implementing strategic improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.
  • Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
  • Establish and maintain program management processes and standards.
  • Monitor program progress and performance against objectives.
  • Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership.
  • Manage program budgets and resources.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, business, or related field.

  • Must be able to work East Coast hours 3x a week.

  • Experience in design operations,designprogram management, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Expert in user-centered methodologies.

  • Proactive approach to work, comfortable in ambiguity with an ability to get work organized and completed.

  • track recordof driving operational excellence and process improvement.

  • Experience with design tools and software (e.g., Asana, Figma).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit .

The US national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350
