Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architect and execution of large-scale learning programs that align with business objectives, ensuring that each program addresses specific learner needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assess strategic learning needs, develop impactful learning solutions, and optimize employee performance across the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership to Learning & Development team members, ensuring high-quality content creation and alignment with the overall learner experience and program objectives.
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through in-depth analysis of feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes, making strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and program scaling.
  • Lead the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to decision-making, resource allocation, and program prioritization to support long-term organizational growth.
  • Manage the budget for supported learning programs, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of learning resources and tools.

Expected Qualifications:

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Outstanding facilitation and communication skills (in-person and virtual).
  • Experience managing learning program logistics and supporting enterprise programs
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and influence across stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
