A successful candidate will build a strong relationship with Business & Sales Operations and manage their responsibilities with timeliness, accuracy, and diplomacy.
How will you make an impact?
- Responsible for the ongoing validation and correctness of bookings for the assigned units.
- Understanding the data structure of the unit, the booking plans, and the results.
- Building meaningful relationship with main stakeholders within their unit and serve as main focal point for the unit's sales organization.
- Participating leading several global tasks for the entire team
- Providing ongoing support and resolve booking related inquiries and exceptions with the business operations teams
- Helping streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end booking processes
- Providing world-class customer service to our Business Operations & Sales Organization
- Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed
Have you got what it takes?
- 3+ years of relevant experience as data or operations analyst
- Advanced Excel skills and experience REQUIRED. Computer savvy a must.
- Experience with SalesForce & PowerBI - Advantage
- Work experience in multi-national hi-tech organizations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, Quick learner and self-starter
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and willingness to learn
- Detail oriented, strong business acumen, deadline focused.
- Proactive mentality on process improvements and issue resolutions
