About the Role
Additionally, you will be regularly interfacing with Global & Regional teams while managing sales projects related for Taiwan and driving internal cross-functional planning.

Your Impact in Role
- Act as the local Salesforce Subject Matter Expert to sellers who run into Salesforce challenges or need additional support, by working with regional sales sops & system teams to identify root causes and propose solutions
- Proactively evaluate system or tool enhancement needs to streamline end-to-end processes or prevent recurring issues
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, employing strong project management, stakeholder management and teamwork skills to successfully execute in a constantly changing and complex environment
- Provide structured training to sales teams on new tools, products, or Salesforce features. Ensure the best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met.
The Experience You'll Bring
- Minimum of 4 years experience of sales operations or program manager
- Experienced in operational process improvement or operation engagement
- Experienced with Salesforce processes and reporting; ability to clearly call out problem statements and develop analysis based on data in a scalable manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mandarin (Native) and English (Business)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with R, Python, Tableau or handling large datasets for advanced analytics
- Experienced working in a start-up or tech environment. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to switch from high-level program strategy to rolling up your sleeves to implementation
