The Purpose of the Role
You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'llwork out of our Cairo location on a Hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, andsafety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical supportand service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customer
- Provide technical support and expertise for our solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematic
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
