The Purpose of the Role

You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'llwork out of our Cairo location on a Hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, andsafety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical supportand service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customer
• Provide technical support and expertise for our solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
  

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematic
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
