Honeywell Field Service Engineer

Role Objective:

The purpose of this position is toperform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing,engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across anytype of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (includingsoftware where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature. Performs or provides counsel on diagnosingand repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond thecapability of other Service technicians. FSE II may provide technical training,coaching, and work direction to other Service engineers and technicians andsubcontractors. FSE II programming and engineering capabilities should also besuperior and specific in nature to warrant the leadership level.

Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans. Minimize the cost and time of the project.
Support FSS or FSL for project cost and progress reporting.
Analyse backward completion of the projects with difficulties/mistakes met and make necessary suggestion for organization tuning accordingly.
Create new sales opportunities during the application of the project. Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement.
Estimate materials costs and quantities provide the information to the FSS or FSL, and Service Sales. Indicate the education level, previousexperience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet minimumrequirements for this position. Education level and/or relevant experience(s) Minimum Associates degree or technical trade school diploma; four-year degree in engineering or programming preferred.
More than 3 years experience servicing HVAC systems.
Honeywell and Industry based advanced programming skills
Strong fault-finding skills
Honeywell product knowledge is a plus
Database and network knowledge
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Ability to interact and build relationships with customers.
Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the requirements of the role.
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer’s requirements.
Must be able to work with limited supervision and direct contractors or other service technicians.
Good communication both written and verbal.
The ability to work under pressure.
Strong commitment to safety and safe working environment.
A team player Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required) Valid driver’s license
B2 level English
