  • 5+ years of experience motivating direct reports and developing sales teams, with a successful performance history of delivering results aligned with organization goals.
  • 5+ years of experience leading SMB inside sales environments in teams/markets, with a demonstrated track record driving customer retention and growing customer spend.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to clearly articulate strategy, providing constructive observations, and addressing team needs and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and lead others effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing individuals to meet goals in a performance based setting.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to make strategic decisions and drive team performance.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with proven ability to use technology to streamline team workflows.
  • Experience working within a complex organizational structure, with the ability to effectively collaborate with peers and partners across various functional departments.
  • Self starter with a proven track record of delivering high impact results.
  • BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
