In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Mortgage Retail Sales functional area or who are affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Mortgage Retail Sales functional area
- Set strategic direction and execution of new business development, market growth, and program management for the assigned market, including partnership support model
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Mortgage Retail Sales team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functional areas with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Mortgage Retail Sales
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Mortgage Retail Sales, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Management or leadership experience

- A BS/BA degree or higher
- 2 + year of recruiting experience
