What you will bring:

• , Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field;Master'sdegree and/or PMP Certification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience in e-commerce orlogistics, with a proventrack recordof delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and hold accountability across all levels of an organization through negotiation and information management.

• Proficient in managing multiple partners and priorities in a global, cross-functional environment,maintainingefficiency and transparency.

• Strong independent operational skills, with the ability to take initiative andoperateeffectively under ambiguous circumstances.

• Excellent communication skills, with thecapacityto deliver clear, concise verbal and written presentations, including functional/technical specifications and status reports.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a rigorous and intellectually honest approach to operations.
