What you will accomplish:

• Own eBay Shipping products and bring continuous improvements to customer experiences, encompassing both buyer and seller interactions with shipping on our ecommerce platform

• Responsible for providing insights on product performance and customer behavior to senior leadership teams at a regular cadence

• Identify innovative growth opportunities based on insights and build momentum by bringing along executive leadership teams and business partners within the company

• Work closely with stakeholders to come up with quantitative analysis clearly articulate complex ideas into clear, usable recommendations

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in product management roles in technology companies with growing scope and responsibilities, two-sided marketplace experience preferred

• eCommerce shipping and logistics related experience preferred but not required

• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies, measuring impact and launching complex features iteratively at a global scale

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of both functional and nonfunctional requirements of backend services, APIs, and customer facing product experiences

• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and fostering effective collaboration

• Exhibit leadership skills including influencing cross functional teams, managing conflicting priorities and building consensus

• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, data visualization and data mining to tell the story behind numbers and derive practical insights including funnel analysis, customer behavior analysis, cohort analysis etc. to provide recommendations on product improvement and growth

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
