About the Role
Getting the agreement and buy-in from the C-level stakeholders is the key toward success for this position.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
Manages 6-8 large enterprise restaurant accounts (i.e. Coco Ichibanya, Dennys, etc.)
Establish strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
Develop the complex joint business plan and gain the alignment from the customers.
Cross-function collaborations with other divisions (strategy operation, delivery partners operations, etc.)
Basic Qualifications
Fluency in Japanese. Business English is preferred.
Experience in (1) solution sales, (2) C-level stakeholder management, (3) enterprise client managements.
Proven ability to operate within a high performing culture with strong humility and resilience and respect.
Ability to own executive relationships with top customers, prospects and industry thought leaders, resulting in better sales outcomes.
Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
