What the Candidate Will Do:
Work with senior sales leadership to drive the sales strategy and growth for the Uber Eats business in Japan.
Provide management and leadership for the SMB Channel Sales Team.
Build the future of the SMB Channel Sales function in Japan by expanding the Channel sales partners, developing the effective incentive structure, optimizing the sales operational process and building the highly competitive channel sales teams.
Meet or exceed monthly team revenue quotas.
Implement strategic territory forecasting and planning.
Excel in hands-on training, coaching and development of your team
Recruit, interview and hire prospective team members.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience with managing strategic sales partners, vendors, or enterprise accounts with the goal of driving sales and growth.
Leadership experience managing a small to medium size sales team.
Data-driven decision-making mentality and commercial judgment.
High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly
Japanese and English fluency
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of managing Channel Sales Partners (営業代理店マネジメント)
Strategy / business consulting background (戦略, 事業コンサルタント)
