JOB DESCRIPTION

You will report directly to our Director of ProductCommercial Operations and you’ll work out of our HCE headquarters in Atlanta,Georgia on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by drivingrevenue growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the successfulcommercialization of our software products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and executecommercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimizepricing and packaging of software products and solutions
  • Lead the product commercial operations team, providingguidance and support to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape toidentify opportunities and risks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhancecommercial processes and effectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 7+ years of experience in product commercialoperations or related field
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth andmaximizing profitability
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionalteams
