JOB DESCRIPTION

You will report directly to our Director of OfferingManagement and you’ll work out of our HCE headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on ahybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact influencing strategicdirection, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitiveadvantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency. Yourleadership and expertise are instrumental in driving business growth andmaintaining a strong market position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision and plan for digital services for the company
  • Lead a team of product managers and engagement managers to develop compelling digital services offerings and drive adoption across SBGs/GBE
  • Collaborate with GBE offering teams and cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales) to translate customer needs into competitive digital services offerings driven by compelling roadmaps
  • Oversee the design, development and monetization of AI-powered solutions tailored for aftermarket services in industrial world
  • Monitor and measure the performance of digital service offerings, ensuring they deliver expected growth and strong return on investment (ROI)
  • Ensure commercialization of digital services by developing enterprise selling capabilities and demand shaping for driving organic growth of digital services within the install base

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, leading high growth product portfolios of over 250M in revenue
  • In-depth understanding of the industrial landscape and its current pain points, proven track record of learning new domains and succeeding
  • Proven track record of success in monetizing data and applying AI to solve complex industrial challenges that result in resilient and high growth revenue streams
  • Proficiency in data science methodologies and machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Business acumen and a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth through AI
  • Proven success in leading through influence in highly matrixed environments

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Deep understanding of industrial processes, equipment, and technologies
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), data analytics, and cloud computing
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from industrial data and metrics
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strategic thinking to align digital products with overall business objectives
  • Understanding of industrial cybersecurity and data privacy considerations
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, control systems, and operational technology
  • Experience with digital twin technology and predictive maintenance solutions
  • Knowledge of industrial software platforms and ecosystems
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis in the industrial sector
  • Skills in product road-mapping and prioritization for complex industrial solutions
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
