You will report directly to our Director of ProductCommercial Operations and you’ll work out of our HCE headquarters in Atlanta,Georgia on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by drivingrevenue growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the successfulcommercialization of our software products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the offering management function for AI/ML Opssolutions
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth andprofitability
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customerneeds
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop andlaunch new offerings
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing,positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape toidentify growth opportunities
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricingand revenue optimization strategies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the offering managementteam

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in offering management orrelated roles
• Proven track record of successfully developing andlaunching offerings
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders atall levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
