JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an experienced and strategic

Ideal Candidate Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in leading operations management, with a focus on product operations or related roles.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes, and quality management principles is a plus.


Oversee the entire product lifecycle, fromconcept to launch and post-launch support. Ensure that products are deliveredon time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks that may impactthe successful delivery of product initiatives. Develop contingency plans andescalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Manage relationships with external vendors andsuppliers involved in product development and delivery. Negotiate contracts,track performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Maintain comprehensive documentation ofproduct initiatives, including project plans, meeting notes, and statusreports. Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders to communicateprogress and identify any issues or risks.


YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
  • Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management
