Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Legal, Law, Employee relations, Business Administration, or related field, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
Experience:Strong background in Human Resources and Employee Relations.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Skills :Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to analyze and resolve problems, project management skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Team Player:Established skills in collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Communication:Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Problem Solving:Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
Project Management:Ability to document, plan, market, and execute HR programs.
