Your responsibilities include:
Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities across multiple functions, communicate to multiple levels and form relationships/trust quickly.
Facilitate efforts between project teams and category teams to drive component production readiness, cost reduction, and design for manufacturability.
Drive supplier management project execution by communicating tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing/executing contingency plans to guarantee component supply related to PFA Cases.
Influence cross functional engineering teams to reach best results through technical and business knowledge base.
Identify/Understand risk levels and take appropriate action to avoid project impact.
Estimate supplier engineering resource and material cost requirements.
Communicate/Resolve project issues by working with category team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.
Identify and help drive process improvement and efficiency opportunities for MPM team to best support Product Life Cycle Process.
Understand Material Control Procedures for NPD applications.
Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Strong communications skills both oral and written.
Business/Financial indicators understanding.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic; Industrial; Biomedical, Chemistry; Industrial Maintenance Business Administration, Materials Engineering or related
Desire English Level 80%-90%

At least 5 years of experience in an engineering discipline and in project management or coordinating groups.
Preferred qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device industry experience preferable
Excellent leadership attributes, written/verbal communications, and facilitator/customer service skills.
