Manage the portfolio by leading governance to plan/ execute the programs/ projects roadmap, resourcing, status, and escalate/ mitigate risks.
Lead medium to large project teams to communicate cross-functionally, align and maintain accountability to ensure timely completion of tasks, deliverables and projects.
Enable individual and organizational change by engaging complex, global, cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization to realize project benefits.
Define, monitor, and control scope through project governance forums.
Create and execute project plans/ schedules and change management plans with project teams and stakeholders.
Develop and track project budgets.
Manage resource needs. Build teams and guide members to define/ adapt roles and responsibilities throughout projects.
Identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
Lead teams to effectively and efficiently make/ communicate/ implement decisions through alternatives and impact analysis.
Continuously capture, action, and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Cultivate the continuous improvement culture by deploying process improvement methods and tools through stakeholder collaboration. Encourage and adopt new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions.
What we’re looking for:
BS/BA Degree or above in related field and/or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project leadership or PMO experience.
Fluent English skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suites (O365, Teams, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects in procurement, ideally with StP process knowledge.
Enterprise process improvement / lean related experience.
Demonstrated ability to thrive while working across time zones, cultures, and different personal backgrounds and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
