JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the APAC region
  • Work closely with sales & Business leaders in APAC.
  • Own the AOP plan for APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders (internal & External)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth areas

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development or sales roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
  • Understanding of technology involved and ability to articulate the value proposition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the automation control, instrumentation, or services industry
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas, refining, energy, or related industries
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
