Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to confirm or define project scope
  • Design and deliver change for a large business and digital transformation
  • Design and implement change strategies for client organisations who are on a journey of business transformation
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide change advice on change management including strategic communications and user experience
  • Drive our client’s strategic transformation and change agenda, build change capacity, and implement change solutions to clients
  • Contribute to innovative ideas to expand our Workforce Advisory service offerings namely Change Experience that drives positive impact to our clients
  • Facilitate user journey design workshops and activation on transformation programs
  • Develops, leads team members and manages team performance
  • Active member of the EY Workforce Advisory Community of Practice, assisting with the integration and inclusion of team members and operating as a part of a high performing team
  • Support business growth through involvement in business proposals and opportunities


What we’re looking for

  • Qualifications in human resources, psychological science, and business (highly desirable)
  • Experience in delivering change management on large digital programs
  • Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholders networks and relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in change management strategy, change readiness assessment, communication planning, user experience
  • Experience in managing complex, large-scale multi-year engagements
  • Proven ability to guide, coach, develop, and manage diverse teams in project-based environments to solve business challenges relating to organisation and workforce transformations
  • Experience working in a professional services consulting environment or working in an internal consulting function
  • Experience working with ambiguity ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong client delivery experience and ability to facilitate workshops
