The purposes of this position are:
He/ She plays an important role in ensuring world-class marketing by:
- Establish social strategy and PH framework that can well deliver brand strategy and proposition
- Cultivate and owned media to aggressively drive followers for social platforms to member, eg: Weibo, Wechat, 视频号, Little Red Book, etc.
- Work closely with RBU to drive and elevate consumer CDJ experience to contribute on consumer scale and efficiency
- Lead commercial moments, eg: 520, 618… and explore emerging digital marketing/e-Commerce opportunities;
- Develop training and insert design thinking with best-practice facilities to improve organization-wide marketing proficiency.
- Communicate with global and BU marketing team to translate the strategies into creative and content strategy.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Strong and leading expertise in social marketing to connect content with business result
- Strong ownership with good collaboration spirit
- Social sense and IMC integrated capability
- Maturity to independently manage projects and strong influence power
- Entrepreneurial spirit, result-driven and strong analytical justification for all decisions;
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal;
