Sales and financial responsibilities:
- Responsibility for business result within assigned accounts
- Achieving/exceeding sales targets and agreed KPI's
- Sales Targets proposal and evaluation
- of achievements
- Track and analyze sales achievements vs. Budget/Target
- Development and implementation of Commercial
- agreements
- Account prioritization and setting goals for priority accounts
- Account/Businessplan development
- Providing recommendations for products on
- lists of pharmaceuticals in accounts
- Provides input Budget, Sales Forecasts, LROPs
- Provide Accurate Financial planning
- Staying within the approved promotional budgets of assigned territory
Customer engagement:
- Anticipation of customer needs and ensuring good product knowledge of Key Customers
- Creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships with Key customers
- Advocacy development of Key Customers
- Establish and develop relations with Key Decision Makers
- providing
- sufficient support materials and information on products
- HCPs prioritization ( ICEproject-reevaluation)
- External stakeholders wholesalers, pharmacy chains
- Primary point of contact for external stakeholders
- Field time allocation of at least 80% to meet the needs of Key customers
- Developing activity plans with Portfolio/Brand team for Key Customers
Coaching and Development:
- Coaching and People development applying Balkan Coaching standards
- Talent development
- Developing activity plans with team for each account and Key Customers
- Developing his/her own competencies and skills in accordance with the personal development plan
Collaboration:
- Implementation and evaluation of Marketing strategy
- Exchange of feedbacks with Commercial Lead, BFLs, Market access and other peers
- Regular Portfolio/Brand Team business update meetings (Bi weekly)
- Providing Business feedback and local expertise to Portfolio/Brand Team
- Providing feedback to Medical Team to ensure relevant Medical information to key customers
- Situation analysis and exchange of ideas and strategies on Regional level
- Sharing best practices in business solutions (commercial offerings, external stakeholders management, tender management) on Balkan level
- Under his/her responsibility assures highest ethical principles conducting Local law, SOPs and regulations
Education & Experience:
- Minimum: Healthcare education, Bachelor or University degree from accredited university, preferably Medical Doctor or Pharmacists
- Minimum: 2-3 years commercial experience within Pharma, in Oncology would be an advantage.
