Experience: 10+ years of experience in business process analysis, with a strong focus on partner and channel operations such as, opportunity management, deal registration, incentive registration, channel / partner programs ,partner relationship management, partner lead distribution.
Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, with a proven track record of managing business processes within these platforms.
Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, sales operations, and channel/partner management.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile development environment, collaborating with IT and business teams to implement solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex business processes and data to make informed recommendations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
