Technical Support Professional - Fire Security
Main Responsabilities:
• Customer support on tech issue in the field and at the laboratory.
• OnLine telephone technical support for support the commissioning fire panels
• Customers training 1:1 or on-line
• NPI validation and test on the new products
• Check software and firmware updates released for a new products
• Fill in report for validation products
• Traslation in local language the manuals for a new products
• Improve and maintenace the Kpi's in a Tech Team
• Actively participates in weekly Tier 1 Technical Area meetings, suggesting improvements.
• Participates in achieving goals (safety, internal/external)
• Understands and complies with all standard HSE processes, tests and inspects machinery and equipment.
Must Haves:
• Degree in automation or electronics
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Aptitude for teamwork.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel.....).
• Experience with fire panels and/or Fire security equipments
