We're seeking passionate individuals eager to embark on a career as a Payroll Consultant. An extensive background in payroll processing is not required, but an interest in the payroll field is essential. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn about payroll and aspires to become an expert in the area within the next 2 years. Proficiency in Danish and English is highly valued, and if you possess these language skills, you could be the ideal candidate we're seeking.

Your mission will be to provide our clients with comprehensive payroll services - managing everything from routine payroll tasks to strategic payroll planning. Are you ready to handle all aspects of payroll operations, from bookkeeping to data management, with a willingness to learn and grow? You'll be involved in projects of varying durations, where you'll apply your developing skills during peak payroll periods or step in to provide essential support when needed. Flexibility around these peak times is crucial.

As a client-focused Payroll Consultant, you have the chance to tailor your career path. Your responsibilities will be shaped by our client's needs, your unique skill set, and your personal career aspirations. These tasks will provide you with diverse and engaging experiences. Potential responsibilities may include:

• Full management of monthly payroll processing and reporting.

• Optimization of payroll processes and systems.

• Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

• Advising on payroll-related queries and providing support to the payroll team.

At EY Global Payroll Operate, we don't just assign you to a role; we craft the role to fit you. We align your tasks and responsibilities with your unique skills and ambitions.

• A drive to improve efficiency through technology.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues, both locally and internationally.

• A commitment to quality and responsibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Adaptability in a dynamic and sometimes hectic work environment, capable of managing various tasks across different industries.

• Comfort with providing and receiving feedback, including mentoring less experienced colleagues and contributing to talent acquisition.
