We're seeking dynamic people to fill the shoes of a Financial Assistant or Finance / Business Controller. If you possess 1-5 years of proven experience in accounting, controlling, and reporting, then you are indeed the qualified candidate we've been seeking.

• Interim management accounting, controlling, and reporting.
• Digital finance: Optimization of finance, month-, and year-end processes using RPA & BI solutions.
• System implementation and finance transformation projects.

• ESG reporting, identifying parameters, and supporting data retrieval.

What we are looking for

• You have an educational background within financial controlling, or hold a cand.merc. preferably within aud, mac, finance or similar master's degree with 1-5 years of experience in a comparable role . The more experience you have, the more responsibility you can expect.
• You have an interest in ERP, digital finance, and automatization, BI or similar technologies. You think in terms of efficiency and are eager to adapt to or implement innovative technologies.
• You are commercial and relationship oriented . You will be in close dialogue with clients and colleagues both in Denmark and within our international network from day one. Therefore, it is crucial that you possess effective communication skills and diplomatic abilities.
• You value quality and responsibility. You can work independently while also being a team player who takes ownership and works for the benefit of the team.
• You thrive in an informal and sometimes hectic work environment. You can navigate between a variety of diverse tasks across different industries.

• You are comfortable with giving and receiving feedback. This includes training less experienced colleagues and helping attract the best talents.
