Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 9+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 4+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • 4+ years of advertising,brandand/or campaign development experience
  • Budget management experience and the ability to manage budgets across multiple products and timelines

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to global campaign strategy and driving development of the Go-To-Market plan
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams in campaign development
  • Develop anddisseminatekey consumer-facing messaging and copy that can be used consistently across all integrated marketing channels on a global level
  • Assistin the development and distribution of key campaign documents, including authoring the integrated marketing plan, campaign creative briefs,etc
  • Partner with teams at strategic and tactical levels to insure successful implementation in key global markets and across all retail channels
  • Partner with internal teams to successfully launch campaigns across all media channels
  • Budget oversight and management across multiple deliverables and lines of business
  • Maintainingcompliance with legal, Geo-Politicaland other compliance teams on the creative content approvals and clearances
  • Guide partners on best practices and opportunities to maximize impact and presence in owned and operated channels
